The Directors recognise that in order to achieve our goals the active involvement participation and commitment of each member of staff and Drivers is essential.

Clocktower Cars fully supports the development of its staff and Drivers and satisfy training needs required to enable staff and Drivers to perform their duties effectively efficiently and competently.

In order to continually improve the organisations performance objectives for improvement will be set by the Directors that cover: the services provided to customers, the vehicles and resources.

Clocktower Cars commits to maintaining effective performance measurement techniques throughout our work methods and systems by reviewing Key Performance Indicators at monthly management meetings.

Provide training and development of staff and Drivers to ensure that this quality policy is met and that everyone at Clocktower Cars have the necessary skills and resources so that they can perform their tasks effectively.
